Celebrating People

Welcome — this is the website of Lara Norris.

My work has taken me through the charity, political and research worlds, and all of it comes back to one thing: people. I’m a consultant helping organisations hear and include every voice so that systems can change for the better. I’m also a coach and a celebrant — both ways of helping people see and celebrate themselves, their stories, and the love that connects them.

It might look like an eclectic mix, but for me it all fits together. Fairness, justice and love are what drive me — whether I’m supporting change in an organisation, walking alongside someone through a moment of transformation, or celebrating life in all its glorious messiness.
