With a background as a Charity CEO and Political Advisor, I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of civic and social organisations, complex systems, and human behaviour. My passion lies in driving meaningful change—especially for those often left without a voice.
Through my work with The Curiosity Society, I consult on systems change, helping organisations navigate complexity to create a more equitable world. With Emergence Communication, I support translating big ideas into impactful public relations and policy strategies. A key focus of my work is designing and leading participation projects—ensuring that those most affected by decisions have a genuine say in shaping them. I also specialise in navigating complex negotiations, particularly around hearing and amplifying employee voices in organisations undergoing change.
Beyond this, I am also a professional celebrant, believing that marking and celebrating life is just as important as shaping the systems we live within. Whether in work or in life, people are always at the centre of what I do.
Whether it’s guiding an entire organisation, coaching individuals to step fully into their potential, or celebrating life’s most significant moments, I love helping great charities and small organisations make bold, transformational change.
They say if you want something done, ask a busy woman. Following my journey won’t be boring. Unusual? Perhaps. But never dull.
